Silent auction: five-day Paris writer’s retreat

Clubfoot is a birth defect that can cause lifelong disability if not treated correctly and early.

Luckily for these babies, there are many incredible people who are as passionate about our cause as we are and one of them is Nina.

Nina was so touched by the life changing work we do that she has generously donated a place on her life-changing writers retreat in Paris – either in May or September 2019.

If you love writing and you have that novel or memoir that is ready to be created or refined with the guidance of an internationally acclaimed author and teacher, you can do it for a good cause.

Calling all writers!

Imagine spending time in the world’s most romantic city where Hemingway and other authors found inspiration – it’s every writer’s dream.

“A literary inspiration” – Glamour magazine

“One of the world’s best writing retreats” – The Age

We are opening this up to silent auction. The value of this five-day Paris writers retreat hosted by the Nina Rohm Literary Agency is US$ 1995.00 (R30 000).

This is a very special experience that has been donated to improve the lives of babies born with clubfoot.

Please share this with anybody you think would love this bucket list experience.

Send your bid by email with the title ‘5 days in Paris’ to gaby@steps.org.za by the end of day Monday 24 September.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

The final amount raised will support the successful treatment of babies born with clubfoot – so they can walk, run and play with their friends – without shame, pain or isolation from unnecessary disability.

Hone your skills, polish your work and perfect your craft with fellow writers under the guidance of a NY Times best-selling author and literary agent – while knowing that you have contributed to a good cause.
